Strategic management consulting is an exciting and rewarding career, but it isn't for everyone. This position may be the right "fit" if you:

  • Are looking to put down roots and grow in a long-term, full-time, strategic management consulting position.

  • Enjoy the challenge of partnering with a variety of clients in differing industries on their unique situations - often on the same day.

  • Possess the ability to understand the big picture quickly and develop workable and sustainable strategies that align with clients' values and needs.

  • Are gifted at challenging current ways of doing and thinking with clients of varying temperaments in a positive, constructive manner.

  • Actively seek to deepen connections with existing clients and nurture new client relationships.

  • Enjoy having daily client engagements that require as much intellectual creativity as counseling.

  • Are genuine, positive, engaging, and empathetic - and can develop strong working relationships with leaders of all levels.

  • Are self-aware of your own growth and development needs, continuously seeking self-improvement.

You'll also need to possess:

  • Degree in Operations, Business, or related field and at least 3-5 years in high-level management and operations roles; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

  • Experience working in multiple companies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement clear systems and processes.

  • Financial acumen demonstrated by past accountability for financial performance.

  • Ability to think strategically using creative problem solving skills..

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation to travel within a day's drive.

  • Flexibility in hours to meet client needs.
