How You'll Make an Impact

Financial Analysis & Strategic Advisory

Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities and risks, and translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations for business owners and leadership teams.​

Business Valuation & Value Creation

Prepare business valuations, identify key value drivers, and help clients implement strategies that increase enterprise value over time.​

​

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Develop forecasting tools, budgets, cash flow projections, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making.

​

Ownership Transition & Transaction Readiness

Support business owners as they prepare for succession, ownership transition, and future liquidity events.

​

​Client Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with business owners and leadership teams while serving as a strategic thought partner and advisor.

​

Internal Development & Process Improvement

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Journey's advisory services by refining methodologies, developing scalable tools, and identifying opportunities to enhance client service and internal processes.

Who We're Looking For

​​

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business valuation, corporate finance, advisory services, commercial banking, public accounting, consulting, or related fields

• Strong financial analysis and business acumen

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to business owners, executives, or leadership teams
