THERE IS NO SHAME IN THIS.  Many business owners, managers, and developing leaders have progressed or entered into these roles, not because of their financial acumen, but rather due to expertise in operations, sales, human resources, or a technical field.

However, in these key positions, the ability to understand how what you do every day impacts the financial performance of the business becomes a critical skill to coach, develop, and generate results. The good news - financial literacy can be learned.

In these sessions we'll encourage you to dig into your company's financial information to help apply the teachings to your business and industry. You'll walk away with an understanding of the financial concepts, along with confidence as you return to your seat at the business. 


  • Trainings are limited to 10 participants per session, so register early!

  • A $500 deposit will be invoiced after you register, with the remainder due 45 days prior to the session start date

  • In person trainings are held at Journey Consulting in Green Bay, WI

  • Receive a 10% discount when 3+ employees from the same business attend
