This Is How Our Story Began
Journey Consulting was founded in 2007 by Jayne McQuillan. For almost 10 years, the business grew in northeast Wisconsin by providing excellent customer service and achieving positive business results. In 2017, the first employee was added and we have continued to grow by expanding our staff and expertise.
Our firm is focused on providing business owners and their businesses with strategic planning, exit planning, financial expertise, and organizational improvement. We use a holistic approach within all of our services by aligning leadership with business strategy and outcomes.

What gets me up in the morning on good days and bad is being passionate about business and people. I learned throughout my career that the role of the business owner is complex. It provides freedom, control, the ability to set and achieve goals both personally and professionally, flexibility, and hopefully personal wealth that provides long-term security. However, this doesn’t come without stress, uncertainty, and many times, feelings of being alone or on an island without a life raft.
To help business owners that have pursued their dreams by taking the risks, both personally and financially, is the only “why” that I need. Helping them be successful and achieve their goals brings a smile to my face, a warmth in my heart and a feeling that I have had an impact on making life better – for the business owner and their employees.
