Kelley Ramos brings an accomplished financial background to Journey Consulting. Her work across industries such as public accounting, auditing, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations gives her a strategic advantage when consulting with her clients. She has held various executive positions including Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager throughout her career. In her roles, she led multiple departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Kelley has completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Business Economics, and Accounting. She also went on to obtain her Certified Public Accounting License. She has significant expertise in many facets of business including cost accounting, financial reporting, multi-company financials, general business management, budgeting, cash management, metrics, banking, and insurance. Kelley has led multiple due diligence projects required for successful mergers, acquisitions, and corporate sales.
Strong leadership skills set Kelley apart in the industry. Her initiative, vision, and drive keep others motivated. She sets high expectations for goal accomplishment and results. Kelley is known to see the fine details and the overall big picture when working with clients. She believes strongly in the implementation of policies and procedures to provide guidelines and expectations that help teams win. This also creates an opportunity to evaluate processes that can be streamlined with new technologies and software to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
Kelley lives with her family in the greater Green Bay area. In her free time, Kelley enjoys traveling with her family and volunteering in her local community.
