Brad Archambeau is an analytical mind that thrives at financial analysis to identify financial and process improvement in today’s ever-changing business environments. He uses his technology expertise to help identify issues, improve results, and translate financial and operational data to the stakeholders he serves.
Brad obtained a triple major in college (Business Administration, Business Economics, and Accounting), which eventually led him to obtain his Certified Public Accounting License. His professional experience is very diverse having worked in and with a wide range of industries, including Construction and Distribution, Manufacturing, Non-Profits, Municipalities, and Financial Institutions.
Throughout his life and career, he has successfully led teams and projects and has a strong passion for leadership. Whether it be coaching teammates as captain of his college baseball team, architecting a new budgeting process for an organization, or leading an entire department through change management to improve accounting processes and procedures, Brad believes empathy for others and listening are his biggest strengths as a leader. While using these two qualities, he provides exceptional customer service to clients and other stakeholders to achieve the objective at hand.
Brad and his wife Kelly, live in Kaukauna with their two children, Jordan and Brielyn. He is an avid sports fan that enjoys playing with and coaching his kids’ sports teams. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and going to his in-law’s family cabin.
